Help us help Houston's historic properties
Houston and Harris County have begun the lengthy process of recovering from the unprecedented events of the last few weeks. Residents in several historic neighborhoods are dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey and the unique challenges facing the owners of historic properties.
We are very grateful that several of you have contacted us asking how you can support Preservation Houston's work assisting the owners of flood-damaged historic properties. If you would like to make a tax-deductible contribution, you may do so online with a credit or debit card or mail a check to:

Preservation Houston is in contact with government agencies at the local, state and national levels and will continue to share accurate, timely information as it becomes available. Our professional staff is working to provide Texas Historical Commission and FEMA with information on historic neighborhoods and significant properties that were damaged in the storm. We are also coordinating the efforts of organizations in Houston and across the country to bring in experts to advise the owners of flood-damaged historic homes and buildings.
Preservation Houston is your local historic preservation organization. Our members, volunteers, board and staff are your friends and neighbors, and have shared your experiences during Hurricane Harvey.
Thank you very much for your continuing support.
