We're holding a happy hour for Preservation Houston and Pier & Beam members Thursday evening, September 26, and we'd love to see you there! This informal gathering will be a great opportunity to unwind, catch up with fellow members and share our passion for preservation in a classic setting: West Alabama Ice House, a fixture in the Montrose area since 1928. We'll be there from 6 to 8 p.m. and hope you'll stop by when you can.
Whether you're a longtime member or new to PH, this is a perfect chance to connect with others who share your enthusiasm for celebrating the Bayou City's history and architecture. You'll have the chance to chat with us about our work and upcoming events, hear a bit about West Alabama Ice House's rich history, learn which recent Houston project is receiving this year's Pier & Beam Future Landmark Award — and, of course, enjoy good company and ice-cold drinks.
Feel free to bring a friend or two who might be interested in Preservation Houston. And remember, the evening will be casual: Come when you can, leave when you're ready and pick up your own tab.
Kindly RSVP to help us plan this event. We're looking forward to seeing you September 26!
