Itinerary modifications
Preservation Houston is committed to offering high-quality travel experiences. If improvements to an itinerary can be made, or unforeseen circumstances make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary the itinerary and substitute elements of the program at our sole discretion. These elements include, but are not limited to, hotels, staff, speakers, experts, stops and activities in the itinerary. Every effort will be made to carry out the program as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been provided.
Special travel arrangements
You may wish to extend your stay at the group hotel either before or after the program dates. Additional hotel nights must be booked through the hotel and are not included in the price of the program.
Travel insurance
We encourage you to consider a travel protection plan to help protect your travel investment from unforeseen events such as cancellation due to illness, flight delays due to weather, baggage loss and more. Visit squaremouth.com for information about travel coverage and to compare rates from major travel insurance providers.
Health considerations
You should be in good physical and mental health to enjoy the travel experience. This includes having sufficient stamina to keep pace with a full day of activities, which may consist of considerable walking, crossing uneven terrain and climbing stairs. Preservation Houston will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disabilities, but not all activities may be suitable for all participants. We cannot accommodate physical conditions or dietary restrictions unless they are reported to us in writing at the time of reservation. If you have concerns about your ability to participate in this program, please e-mail us or call (713) 510-3990.
Photography and video
Preservation Houston reserves the right to take photographs and videos, including audio, during the program for educational and promotional purposes. By participating in the program, you agree to allow PH to use your likeness without compensation.

Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a completed registration form, a signature indicating acceptance of these terms and conditions, and payment of the amount indicated on the reservation form. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Preservation Houston.

Hotel room assignments are at the hotel manager’s sole discretion.
PH reserves the right to withdraw the program, decline to accept any person as a participant, require a participant to quarantine (subject to public health protocols and guidelines), or require a participant to withdraw from the program at any time if such action is determined by PH to be in the best interests of the health, safety or general welfare of the participant or the group.
No revisions to the program itinerary are anticipated; however, PH reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make changes to the itinerary at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. PH shall not be required to refund any portion of payment or provide any other compensation under these circumstances. PH cannot be responsible for penalties assessed by air or land carriers that may result from operational or itinerary changes, regardless of whether the participant or PH makes travel arrangements. The participant will be responsible for any additional expenses resulting from the above.
PH reserves the right to increase the program price in the event of unforeseen cost increases, including but not limited to fuel surcharges and admission costs. The participant will pay all such increases to PH upon notification. I hereby release, acquit and hold harmless PH and its employees, agents and contractors from any and all claims, demands and causes of action of any kind, even if caused by the negligence (sole or partial, simple or gross) of PH or its employees, agents and contractors, based on any injury or harm of any kind to me or my property. The foregoing release includes claims for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property, breach of contract, breach of warranty, misrepresentation, fraud and violations of any consumer protection law or other statute.
