The City of Houston Planning & Development Department's new Web-based Historic Preservation Manual is now available online. The manual includes information on the process for receiving certificates of appropriateness and planning rehabilitation projects.
The site also contains an extensive section on City of Houston historic districts, which includes maps, photos, neighborhood histories and respresentative architectural styles for each district.
